ই-বুক, সফটওয়্যার বা টেমপ্লেটের মতো ডিজিটাল পণ্য একবার ডেলিভারি বা অ্যাক্সেসের পর রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
১.২ ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য:

২. রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

২.১ পণ্যটি ব্যবহারহীন, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং সমস্ত আনুষঙ্গিক বা ট্যাগ সহ থাকতে হবে।

৩. রিটার্নের প্রক্রিয়া
